We offer personal prayer ministry through:

• 90-minute prayer appointments

Please complete the Personal Intake Form online and indicate your availability. You will recieve an email confirmation when your intake form submission has successfully gone through. Call the Prayer Ministry office at 904-765-3332 ext.221 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are offered during office hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It depends on your availability and the availability of our volunteer prayer ministers. Prayer appointments are available Monday – Friday, excluding Tuesdays when we have Open Prayer. Please complete an Intake Form and call or email to schedule an appointment.

We have found that our model of ministry works best when an individual receives in person. Therefore, we do not offer any ministry over the phone or Skype. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Patterns of physical, emotional or spiritual sickness can descend upon individuals and families from generation to generation, such as diabetes or cancer. Exodus 20:5-6 “You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.” The sins of the fathers travel down the generations to affect the present time, but blessings also travel down the family lines. Jesus’ healing power can touch our families with blessing as well as free us from the effects of sin.

Soaking Prayer is coming into the Presence of God in a posture of receiving, allowing Him to minister to you directly in body, mind, soul and spirit. It involves either sitting or lying in stillness, relaxed and inwardly turning toward Jesus. Often gentle worship music in the background helps to focus on God and experience His presence, for He dwells in our praise (Psalm 22:3). Soaking prayer is available on Day of Healing Prayer and Generational Healing Service.

Once you have completed School of Healing Prayer Level 1, 2, and 3, and at least one level on campus at CHM, you can contact the Prayer Minister Office for an application. You are eligible to become a volunteer prayer minister once you complete our School of Healing Prayer Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Yes, you can submit a prayer request by visiting our "Prayer Requests" page and filling out the form.

Yes, CHM’s School of Healing Prayer® is accredited with the State of Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Log in to CEBroker.com and search for School of Healing Prayer.

In the "Events" section of our website you will see a link for Area Hotels, including those that provide a discount for CHM events. Participants are responsible for setting up their own housing arrangements with one of these hotels. In addition, CHM does not provide arrangements for any other kind of housing venue, including private homes or hostels.

Because of the sensitive and mature nature of the material, CHM events are recommended for those adults 18 years and old. However, if an older teen wishes to attend (age 14-18), they must have their parents' permission and be accompanied by a responsible adult. We encourage parents to evaluate their child's spiritual maturity and emotional capacity before sending them to a CHM event. We ask that parents not bring children to the event venue. Parents are responsible for their own child care.

CHM is an inter-denominational ministry, and therefore we do not make referrals regarding place of worship.

There is no charge for Open Prayer, Day of Healing Prayer, and all 90-minute prayer appointments.

Online registration closes 2 days before each event. You may still register over the phone by calling 904-765-3332 ext.201 or register at the door.

CHM provides each donor with a receipt (in the form of a thank-you letter) at the time of each contribution. We do not provide end of the year giving reports to our donors.

Yes. A contribution deduction ordinarily cannot exceed 50 percent of a donor’s adjusted gross income. Donors who exceed these limits may be able to “carry over” their excess contribution and deduct it in future years.

No, you cannot deduct contributions in which you receive a benefit (instruction or materials). This does not apply to our events such as prayer appointments, which are free of charge.

No. The value of personal services is never deductible as a charitable contribution.

A check that is mailed to a charity is deductible in the year the check is postmarked and mailed, even if it does not arrive until early in the next year.
