Speaking Requirements:

Judith MacNutt requires a 2 day speaking minimum to travel to an event.

She will speak up to, but no more than, 3 times in one day. ‘Speaking’ is defined as sessions in conference setting (including teachings and healing services), leaders or pastor’s luncheons and Q &A panels.

Speaking Stipend:

Judith’s speaking stipend is $1500 USD/day(*)

Travel and Accommodations:

Judith does not travel alone – therefore, in addition to her stipend and expenses, the host agrees to cover the cost of a staff member’s travel and expenses.(*)

Non-stop flights are preferred, when possible. Judith and the team member will travel coach unless a single flight of the trip is more than 5 hours in length. In that case, business class will be required. Because of travel delays and physical energy, please plan for Judith MacNutt and her team member to travel the day before she speaks and leave the day after her last speaking date (unless she elects to do otherwise).

*Hotel preferences include non-smoking rooms, king beds and availability of a fitness room. When possible, please arrange for a microwave and a refrigerator in each room.

Judith prefers her own transportation, especially when there is a larger distance between the airport and the venue and/or if the hotel is separate from the venue.

CHM will arrange air travel and car rental for for Judith MacNutt and the CHM team member that will accompany her. Host will be responsible to reimburse CHM at the close of the event for airfare and cost of car rental.(*)

Payments:

Upon review and acceptance of the invitation, host will be notified via email and invoiced for a deposit.

Within one week of the conclusion of the event, the host will be notified and invoiced for the balance of amounts due. (this will include speaking stipend balance, airfare/travel expenses, meals and all other expenses)(*)

If you would like to have resources available at your event, we require at least 3 months’ notice prior to the event to make the necessary arrangements. If you checked ‘yes’ the CHM bookstore manager will contact you within 10 working days of the submission of this form
It will be necessary for you to provide an individual who will be responsible for the receipt, sale and proceeds of all sold items, and the return of any unsold items to CHM. All proceeds from the sale of books are property of Christian Healing Ministries with the full amount to be forwarded to CHM after the event.(*)

Audio Recording:

CD / DVD’s / MP3’s containing Judith MacNutt talks may be recorded by the Host, duplicated, and sold by the Host.(*)

CHM retains the right to duplicate CD / DVD’s / MP3’s of the event and offer such copies for sale through its bookstore, ITunes, newsletters and other publications.(*)

Advertisement Information:

Host will provide CHM with event registration information (such as website and/or phone number) for CHM website and newsletter, at least 90 days prior to event. (*)

Headshots and bios will be sent once the agreement has been finalized.

Cancellation Policy:

All stipends and expenses are guaranteed unless the event is canceled at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event. The deposit is non-refundable unless (CHM) speaker is unable to appear.(*)

If, due to illness, accident, or other causes legally known as ‘Acts of God, speaker is forced to withdraw from the agreement, neither part shall be liable for any payment.(*)
