Christian Healing Ministries STRONGLY recommends that you set up a login account with our Online Store when placing your order. A login account allows CHM to store your order history.

ADDRESS FORMAT

  • Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly.
  • All UPS orders MUST have a physical address; UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

TIMETABLE FOR ORDER ARRIVAL

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for processing.
  • Time allotted for shipping is based on a couple of factors, including destination address and shipping method selected by the customer.
  • To determine an order's estimated DELIVERY DATE, please factor in the following information. Your order is received, processed and packaged within an average of 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is made and availability of the items.
  • Holidays - when ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
  • CHM Events - when ordering around the time of CHM events, orders may take longer to be processed.

ARRIVAL OF SCHOOLS OF HEALING PRAYER MATERIAL

  • If placing an order for Schools of Healing Prayer CDs, DVDs or Manuals and in need of expedited processing and shipping, leave a message in the additional details section and select the appropriate shipping method.

SHIPPING METHODS

    Most orders are estimated to be shipped within 48 – 72 hours.  Keep in mind that we are closed on the weekends.
  • UPS 2ND DAY AIR: Ship time is subject to item availability. UPS 2nd Day Air will take approximately 2 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
  • UPS GROUND DOMESTIC: Ship time is subject to item availability. UPS Ground will take approximately 5 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. UPS is available for the U.S. only
  • UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Ship time is subject to item availability. This service is available for the U.S. only. UPS Next Day Air will deliver your order to you the next day.
  • USPS Media Mail: Ship time is subject to item availability. Media Mail transit time is approximately 7-10 business days.
  • USPS PRIORITY: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS Priority transit time is approximately 2-3 business days from the time the item leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
  • USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Ship time is subject to item availability. Ship time stated by the United States Postal Service reads as "varies." Therefore, USPS gives their customers no estimated time of delivery. This method can only be used for packages that are less than four pounds. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of the United States. CHM is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. International packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries' customs and delivery services.
  • USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: Ship time is subject to item availability. Priority International ship time is an estimated 4-10 days. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of the United States. CHM is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. Some international packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries' delivery services.
  • USPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: Ship time is subject to item availability. Express International ship time is an estimated 3-5 business days. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of the United States. CHM is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Orders that are shipped via UPS will have tracking information.
  • Orders $200 and under shipped via USPS will having tracking information with the purchase of insurance. Please indicate that you would like your item(s) tracked in the additional details section when placing an order.
  • Orders that are shipped via USPS International do not have tracking information.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
  • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to have items shipped to you that were undeliverable, you are welcome to call our bookstore office and pay for the shipping of your package.

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?

Carriers may deem a package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons:

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS - If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier.
  • WEATHER DELAYS - If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
