Praise Reports

I want to make a plea to all of our readers to actively intercede for our nation and to fast with the intercessors on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. We fast breakfast and lunch only and pray the scriptures in Sword of the Spirit for the nation, and also for the specific issues that trouble the country such as crime, the media, the government, etc. (pages 20 – 22). In addition to praying for the requests we receive here at CHM our intercessors commit to pray for the country's needs, and we encourage all of our readers to pray earnestly for America. We as Christians can repent for the sins of our nation and stand in the gap for those bound in sin and darkness. We can implore God to bring repentance and continuing revival to our land.

All of us can be so instrumental in bringing healing to our land. America is obviously torn apart with all the diverse causes, all the disagreements, all the different sects wanting to be right, all the crime, all the politicians wanting it done their way, diseases with no cure, antibiotics that no longer work, and now all the environmental disasters that are coming upon us. Everywhere one turns there seems to be chaos. Organizations are being formed daily to fix issues, and yet the problems remain the same, they seem only to grow larger. Could all this be true because the root cause is never dealt with ... the root cause being total rebellion against our Lord and all his teachings and his Commandments.

Please join me in praying: "Thank you Lord, that if your people who are called by your name will humble themselves and pray, and seek your face, and turn from their wicked ways: then you will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. In the name of Jesus Christ." 11 Chronicles 7: 14
